Settlement between Sughra, daughter of Haj Darvish ʻAbd al-Hamid, and her husband, Qanbar ʻAli, son of the late Mashhadi Husayn, exchanging one-sixth of a building in Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood for nine tumans and two thousand dinars.

Copy of the settlement between Mashhadi ‘Ali Kurah-paz [the tile maker], son of Mashhadi Haji Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, and Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of Mulla Ahmad Nayrizi, over a house located at Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz for five hundred tumans. The permanent wife of the seller witnessed this settlement, and confirmed she had no rights to the property.

Settlement between Firdaws Khanum and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Karbali, 1931
Firdaws Khanum, the daughter of Abu al-Fath Sarabi and the wife of Sayyid Javad Karbali, sells one-sixth of a house located in the Miyah Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Karbali, the son of Sayyid Muhammad Husayn known as Sayyid Aqa Karbali, in exchange for forty tumans. This property was part of Firdaws Khanum's mahr and she maintained the right to sell. On the margin, Sayyid Javad Karbali has confirmed this and verified the transaction.

Agreement between Sayyid ʻAbbas and Sayyid Hashim, sons of the late Sayyid Mir Ibrahim, Darvish Jaʻfar, son of the late Darvish ʻAli, and Darvish Jaʻfar's wife, daughter of the late Ustad Nasr Allah the felt maker, and Haj Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Husayn, selling one-quarter of a building in the Aqa [or Aba] neighborhood, which belongs to Sayyid ʻAbbas and Sayyid Hashim, and a house next to that building, which belongs to Darvish Jaʻfar and his wife, for fourteen tumans.

Settlement between Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn and Rubab Sultan, 1899
Settlement between Karbalayi Muhammad Husayn, son of Karbalayi Rajab ‘Ali from Shiraz, and Rubab Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Ibrahim from Shiraz and wife of Haji ‘Abd al-Karim the merchant, over selling a house, located in Sarduzak neighborhood of Shiraz, for one hundred and twelve tumans, five hundred dinars, and one man [unit of weight] of hard sugar for the cost of detriments. On the margin, Rubab Sultan notes that she made the above settlement on behalf of her husband, Haji ‘Abd al-Karim son of ‘Ali ‘Askar from Shiraz, and has no rights to benefit from this settlement.

Settlement of Haj Nazar ‘Ali Abadi's inheritors, 1741
The houses, garden, and specific residential properties mentioned on the back of this document belonged to the late Haj Nazar ‘Ali [Haydar Abadi] and were divided between his children, his grandchildren, and his wives. A disagreement over a house in which Haj Sa‘id was living as he was repairing it arose among the inheritors. With the mediation of a few elders, the inheritors eventually came to an agreement.
